We are sports betting analysts, mathematicians, and matched betting specialists who built these tools because the existing calculators were getting the edge math wrong in ways that cost real money.

The specific failures were not obscure. Lucky 15 calculators — almost universally — ignore the bookmaker-specific bonuses that apply when all four selections win or when you land one winner. William Hill's published rules include a 7-fold bonus on a four-selection Lucky 15. Paddy Power's rules include a 30% bonus for four from four. These are not edge cases. They are the most common winning outcomes, and every calculator that ignores them understates the actual return.

Hedge calculators had a different problem: most do not correctly handle free bets. A free bet stake is not returned on a win, which changes the hedge math compared to a cash stake. Tools that apply the same formula to both will produce a hedge amount that leaves money on the table or overexposes you on one leg.

No-vig tools mostly only handle two-way markets. Three-way markets — the standard format for soccer — require a different approach to removing the overround. We implemented the correct method.

Our Kelly Criterion implementation follows Kelly's 1956 paper in the Bell System Technical Journal (DOI: 10.1002/j.1538-7305.1956.tb03809.x), not approximations. Bookmaker rule variations are sourced from published rule books, not inferred from outcomes.
